(FMV). We charge NO commissions or fees and there are never any
hidden cost. Our service is absolutely FREE to homeowners. When you

cleaning, repairing, showings, and then waiting for a qualified
buyer. If you are behind payments, we can make those back payments,

Q: How are you different from other "We buy houses"
companies?
A: Other "Real Estate Investors" want to steal your home, buy it
at a rock bottom price, offer a part of a solution. We offer a
win-win situation. We want to buy homes for CASH that we can owner
finance to buyers who can't get a regular mortgage. We will pay up
to 95% of the appraised Value, CASH. and that is less than the
normal real estate commission on 6-7% most agents charge. We offer

down and discuss your options. If we can come to terms on a price,

your schedule. This entire process can take just a few days or a
few months as determined by you.
Q: Is there a lot of paperwork involved?
